1 - is not paired:
    - got to the 'Settings'->'Bluetooth Cuff'
    - hold the pair button to see the 'P' character is flashing.
    - hit the scan button to find the Bluetooth Cuff.
    - wait until the device finds the Cuff.
    - On device connecting to the Cuff successfully the cuff shall show tree on going 'O' and after 2~3 seconds shall show 'OK'.
    - After successful connection the Cuff turns off and the device displays 'Device Connecting ...' and goes into wait for connection for later measujrements reading.
    
2 - is paired:
    - got to the 'Settings'->'Bluetooth Cuff'
    - press the pair button to see the 'O' character is flashing.
    - hit the scan button to find the Bluetooth Cuff.
    - wait until the device finds the Cuff.
    - On device connecting to the Cuff successfully the cuff shall show tree on going 'O' and after 2~3 seconds shall show 'OK'.
    - After successful connection the Cuff turns off and the device displays 'Device Connecting ...' and goes into wait for connection for later measujrements reading.
