Added psplash recipe to fix/remove the psplash build issue not finding the logo.png, since the psplahs is not used in Leahi. Added required packages to the mkproject.sh as apt install. Removed the preferred version for the bluez5 that seems not supported on yocto 5 anymore.

- To remove the windows mangers like wayland and x11, and enabled the framebuffer, Digi sayd to remove dey-qt as well, but it seems the dey-qt removal removed the Qt as well.
