DEN-16931: Integration testing fixes for R14 Updated the run.coco.sh - to initialize the tests: - address the folder change for the unittests - added some checks for running individual tests Ordered the unit tests execution.
Fixing the merge script for local development testing - merging the QtTest and SquishQt results had some issues whcih has now been fixed. - Some other features has been added like separate build run merge and report without doing all.
