Fixing the merge script for local development testing - merging the QtTest and SquishQt results had some issues whcih has now been fixed. - Some other features has been added like separate build run merge and report without doing all.
Improved the local scripts - added a convenient gl to get the git status - updated the run.coco.sh to get the excel output - updated the setupVCAN.sh to use the ip command.
