DEN-5833: Implementation - Added the Alarm plugin - modified the plugins to use a unique Loader class name and then define the unique name int the __init__.py file. - using the os lib to get the current plugin path and load the unique interface.ui in the RealTmeWidget parent class. - Added check CANBus in the simulator.
