LDT-5199: Ethernet unstable connection issue LDT-5195: Add copy_wsl.sh script

- Added the uuu nxp tool tutorial (UUU.pdf) for reference

- Updated the copy_wsl.sh to cover the copy to the leahi-distro-image repsitory folder if closed next to the leahi-distro.

- Updated the leahi-manufacturing recipe to move the run.sh from scritps folder to the /opt/leahi/ folder on the device.

Added the script used to copy the images in Windows in a predefined folder. The predefined Windows folder in Windows is the following that must have been created prior to this script call: * C:\Users\Administrator\ely\images

The mapped location of the foldere above is the following in WSL:

* /mnt/c/Users/Administrator/ely/images/
