Added psplash recipe to fix/remove the psplash build issue not finding the logo.png, since the psplahs is not used in Leahi. Added required packages to the mkproject.sh as apt install. Removed the preferred version for the bluez5 that seems not supported on yocto 5 anymore.

Fixed the config folder to the conf folder to match OpenEmbedded defaults in mkproject.sh. Fixed the Removed the multimedia for now. Updated some versionings in ely.conf.

layer clean up

- set the graphical backend to fb

- modified and corrected the manufacturing to use the /opt/leahi/configurations as the init folder for configurations.
