LDT-242 Main Treatment Screen - SW - Simulator Cleanup - 05: DEV - Feature Implementation

- Figured issues in the script using the /bin/sh and changed to bash and used bash arrays.

- Changed the SW/FW SUMMARY/DESCRIPTION naming and made them also optional.
