Cleaning up the code to close the pull request.

- renamed the tst_case_environment to tst_environment

- put the tst_initial on top of the suite.cont's list to be executed as the first test.

- Added AUT execution test

- made the code more dynamic (__file__ & names.AUT_NAME)
