- Added some example translation for Spanish

The System.{conf, dflt} does not have localization for now.

later we need to separate some if needed, or we can keep all the different localization in this file, but switch between them [later discussion].

DEN-15400: UI: Cybersecurity: UI needs to auto generate the password for the Encrypted partition

- updated the alarm volume max value to be in the new range of 1 to 5

- added the default hashed password for the service password

- added the System.dflt default for the System.conf to be used for the factory reset.

- Set a default password for now for the service password so it won't ask for the password setup, to prevent to have multiple different password by each person on each device and forget the pass.
