- Renamed the TreatmentParameters folder to the Configurations to give it a more common name.

DEN-10979: Can we move Unhandled.conf file to common folder so that f/w team can make updates

Since the content of this folder is used and updated by non-UI team

it is better to be moved somewhere more common so everyone can edit it

including the system engineers could have access to the Instructions to modify it.

and verification team to update the unhandled.conf

and so on.
