- Updated to rename CloudConnectFrame::MsgId enum to Type.

- Updated to rename CloudConnectFrame::feed() to read() and FeedResult to ReadState.

- Updated message handling action names to SendAlways/SendDelta/Drop.

- Updaetd LeahiMsgHandling.ini for config file format changes.

- Removed deprecated CloudConnectMsgHandling.ini
