- Give the operator a chance to complete the setup without SD-Card and format and insert it later since the application has alarms and won't stop working if sd-card not present.

DEN-14391: Qt 5.15.10 [setup/bootup scripts]

- Updated and modified all the setup and boot up scripts to match the new image with new drivers and tools and services.

- Added the SD-Card formatting to the setup.sh

- Added CloudSync setup and launch to the flow.

- Added the compatibility with the new PAM policy and the user passwords.

- Updated the scripts to work better withe openSSH which is the replacement of the dropbear on the device.

- Addressed the code review comments.

- The timedatectl command was missing the set-timezone command option.

- When using timedatectl no need to use the hwclock

- During the unit test review noticed that the thread name changed and updated and kept it, although we still have some issues there which needs to be fixed.

Improved the POST

Unit Tests and Debugging and scripts to update devices easier

- During the test figured out that since we have two kind of messages :

1 - data messages which will notify GUI only on variable change

2 - but also we have command messages which has to always notify the GUI

So added a parameter in PROPERTY definition to define the type of property.
